→What is AION 2?
AION 2 is a cross-world MMORPG developed and published by NCSoft (NC), built in Unreal Engine 5 and set 200 years after the original *AION*. You play a Daeva aligned with either the Elyos or the Asmodians, and the game puts free flight at the centre of everything: exploring Atreia, fighting in the air, and warring across the Abyss.
The launch version ships eight classes carried over from the original game, more than 200 character-customisation options, and a mix of solo and group PvE alongside faction PvP. There is no auto-combat — combat is manual, with positioning and hit detection doing the work.
The global PC version launched on October 5, 2026 through Steam and NC's PURPLE launcher, with Founder's Pack holders starting from September 30, 2026. Korea and Taiwan had already launched on November 19, 2025. This site covers:
- Class guides for all eight classes, with builds and group roles
- Leveling routes from the first zone to the current level cap
- Dungeon strategies, difficulty tiers and loot tables
- A spending analysis of the cash shop, membership and convenience passes
Every entry is tagged "Confirmed" or "Unconfirmed". Live-service numbers move between patches — when the game disagrees with this site, trust your installed build.
