What is AION 2?
AION 2 is a cross-world MMORPG from NCSoft, built in Unreal Engine 5 and set 200 years after the original game. You play a Daeva on the side of the Elyos or the Asmodians, in a world NCSoft describes as roughly 36 times larger than the original — with free flight across it and faction war in the Abyss.
The global PC version launched October 5, 2026 on Steam and PURPLE, with Founder's Pack advanced access from September 30. Korea and Taiwan launched on November 19, 2025. The game is free to download with optional purchases, and there is no auto-combat.
